Plant Manager
Cleve Rowley and Associates is an Executive Search Firm and our client is seeking an experienced electric motor repair Shop Manager for their Georgia facility. Our client is one of the largest rotating equipment repair houses in the country. They currently have 14 shop locations throughout FL & GA.
Their primary business focus is in motor repair but also includes pumps, generators, blowers, compressors, etc.
The plant has approx 30,000 sq. ft., 15 employees, 7 ft VPI tank, climate controlled winding room, up to 10,000hp, & 20-ton overhead crane.
We are seeking the right individual to manage the assets for growth. Desire a long-term commitment, the successful candidate should posses the skills and have a proven, illustratable, results driven history in the electrical apparatus repair industry, to manage the functional disciplines of shop operations, engineering, sales & marketing, and finance.
The qualified candidate will be able to:
Organize and lead the employees for long-term growth
and stability.
Maintain the present customer base.
Seek new customers, new opportunities, and other synergistic activities that promote growth & profitability.
Keep the operation at a technical advantage over competition.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
